Diamond Plate

Diamond Plate

Before & after photos(above) of an aluminum diamond plate dog trailer

These photos were sent to us by a Metalwax customer in Oregon. You can see the corrosion on the left. Metal Cleaner Standard and Metal Wax were used to complete this project in two easy steps. As you can see, all the corrosion is gone. The shine is smooth, clear, and now weather proof.

Metalwax will give you the look you want with a shine that lasts. After polishing with Metal Wax, a refresh can be performed with Quick Shine. Spray on, wipe off -it’s polished!

Before and after photos of diamond plate fenders and running boards. Cleaned and polished with the Metalwax Tri Pack. 18 foot running boards – half hour start to finish. The Quick Shine, included in the Tri Pack, enhances the glassy look of the shine. This fender and running board can be refreshed in minutes with Quick Shine only. View of the entire running board below.
Fast application that easily slides across the surface, complete stain removal, long lasting sealed finish - Metalwax has it all.

No other product can match Metalwax for polishing diamond plate. Here's why:

Diamond plate is a hardened surface. It is not similar to aluminum wheels or fuel tanks. Other brands of metal polish sell you liquid dirt compounds and expect you to rub the surface until you wear away enough old metal to make it shine. Their products can't remove any stains because stains embed themselves into pores below the surface. Their compounds can't polish below the surface because the surface is harder than the compounds used to polish it. Metal Wax gel contains no grinding agents. It's much faster, creates no mess, and requires far less effort. The product is used in two steps; clean then wax.
